Shipping
- Where do you ship to?
- We ship worldwide. You'll pay in your local currency at checkout, and any import taxes or duties may apply depending on your destination.
- How long does delivery take?
- Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after the brand ships. Brands ship from their own studios; exact times vary per brand.
- How much is shipping?
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and shown in your local currency.
- Can I track my order?
- Yes — once the brand ships, the tracking link appears on your order in /account/orders.
Returns & refunds
- How do I return something?
- Open the order in /account/orders and click Request return. You have 14 days from delivery under Danish consumer law.
- When do I get my refund?
- Within 14 days of us receiving the returned items, usually sooner.
- Who pays return shipping?
- You do, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Payments
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe. Prices are shown in your local currency, and any applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
- Is my card safe?
- Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We never see or store your card number.
- Can I get an invoice?
- Yes — every paid order has a printable Danish VAT invoice at the bottom of the order detail page.
Sizing & products
- What sizes do you stock?
- Most pieces come in EU 32–44. See our /size-guide for measurements.
- What if my size sells out?
- Brands restock at their own pace. Wishlist a product and we'll notify you when it returns (coming soon).
Account
- How do I change my password?
- Account → Settings → Password.
- How do I delete my account?
- Account → Data & privacy → Delete my account. Order records are kept for 5 years to comply with Danish accounting law.
